Marquis Berry

Marquis Berry hails from east Texas. As the middle child between one younger sister and one older sister, he was able to hone his debate skills from a very young age! While working in an IT position, Marquis uncovered his passion for helping others. After attending Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, Marquis began working as a paralegal. There, he realized personal injury law was the perfect field to educate people in need and assist them in overcoming difficult obstacles.

In 2017 Marquis joined the law firm of Stewart J. Guss. As our senior litigation paralegal, Marquis supervises a team of paralegals, litigation legal assistants and works directly with our attorneys to prepare a case for litigation. His number one goal is to set his clients up for success.

On the weekends, Marquis loves to unwind or engage in some healthy competition with his friends over a board game or video game.
